FinBoard is a free portfolio tracking tool provided as-is. By using it, you agree to these terms.

FinBoard is currently in closed beta: access is limited to invited accounts, and features may change or be removed while it is in development.

Service Description

FinBoard allows you to track your investment portfolio, view market data, manage watchlists, import transactions from broker statements, and optionally connect a broker, a bank (through Powens) or an AI assistant. These connections are read-only towards your broker and bank: FinBoard cannot place orders or move money. The service is provided free of charge.

Your Account

• • You sign in using your Google account
• • You are responsible for the security of your account, of any share link you create, and of any AI assistant you connect to it
• • You can have your account and data deleted at any time by emailing [email protected]

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse the API or overload the service
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Scrape or redistribute market data

FinBoard is a tracking and visualization tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Market Data Accuracy

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and displayed as-is. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that prices, charts, or other financial data are complete, current, or error-free. Do not rely solely on FinBoard for trading decisions.

Limitation of Liability

FinBoard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or inaccurate market information.

Service Availability

We aim to keep FinBoard available at all times, but we don't guarantee uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
